At Shahrzad Handmade, we strive to provide high-quality handmade jewelry to our customers. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product, and we want to make sure the process is as smooth as possible. Please take a moment to review our return policy below.

Shipping Information

All of our products will be shipped from Turkey. Our order processing time is 1 to 3 days. We ship to all Europa Countries and North America (USA and Canada). It will take between 1 to 4 weeks for an order to be delivered to USA and Canada, and it will take 2 to 5 weeks for an order to be delivered to Europa countries.

Customs Duties for Countries other than USA & Canada

In some countries, customs duties are applied to imported goods based on the destination country’s customs regulations. If the price of the item exceeds a specified amount in that country, customs duties are considered. The buyer must then pay the amount determined by the postal service of the destination country and receive their item. The customs payment depends on the item’s price, varies in different countries, and may even be nonexistent. Therefore, we cannot provide information about the customs amount and its details; obtaining such information is the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer can find out whether the purchased item is subject to customs payment and the amount based on the item’s price from the postal service of the destination country. We cannot provide information about the customs amount and its payment; this is the responsibility of the buyer.

Return Policy Details

We do not accept returns because:

  1. Hygiene concerns: Jewelry that has been worn, even for a short period of time, may come into contact with skin, hair, and other bodily fluids. For this reason, many jewelry sellers including us do not accept returns for hygiene reasons.

  2. Limited availability: Some pieces of jewelry may be limited edition or one-of-a-kind, making it difficult or impossible to replace them if they are returned.

Returns will only be accepted if the product has been damaged during shipping or if there is any defect. If you need to return a product, please send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the reason why you want to return the product.

Customers shall pay for the return expenses. You have 14 days to return the product. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to make sure it is in the same condition as when it was shipped. If the product is not in its original condition or has been used, we reserve the right to deny the return.

Refunds

If we approve the return, we will issue a refund for the price of the product, minus any shipping fees. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
